Favorite Real Estate YouTube Channels

By watching real estate youtube channels I have learned:

How to dig footers

How to tear a house down

How to buy lots/land super cheap

A lot more!

I think its one of the most undervalued things a current or potential investor can learn from.

First thing first – I want you to subscribe to my YouTube channel!

I’m currently building a 7 figure portfolio of rentals. Follow a long! Join my mastermind if you are serious about building rentals for yourself!

GoonSquad – these guys are my neighbors!!!! I can see their house from my house kind of neighbors! YES – they have 2.2 million subscribers! My son and I learned how to tear a house down from these guys!

They usually do car rebuilds but have been doing a lot in real estate lately.

Meet Kevin – a lot of great content!

Graham Stephan – lots of great high quality personal finance content!

Noah Kagan – this guy is an internet superstar but just recently began to focus on his YouTube. I’m testing out a lot of the same things he is testing out.

Bigger Pockets – I personally know several people who have used this strategy to retire early!

Mike Hicks is a great friend! We are both trying to build our YouTube Channels as well as building rentals. While I am building single family rentals and vacation cabins he is building container houses (a lot cooler than me).

Robert Barber – not real estate focused BUT a great personal growth coach with actionable insights (not just feel good stuff). A great friend and neighbor as well.

Seth Williams – RETIPSTER – love all the information this guy gives away! Highly recommend his blog/podcast/youtube channel and his courses!

Ken McElroy – old school guy that has grown a huge portfolio. I have been following him for over 10 years and highly recommend!

Max Maxwell – love this guys energy and his content! Highly recommend!

Kris Haskins – a lot of great content here!

Coach Carson – this guy has built up a nice portfolio through hard work and creative financing!
