October Challenge


A couple of times a year I embark on a monthly challenge.

This month I want my readers to take a monthly challenge as well.

It’s common knowledge that it takes around 21 days to form a habit.  This is debatable.  However, I think it’s a great exercise to get out of your comfort zone.

 

Previous monthly challenges:

Eating Raw Foods

Exercising

Not Saying Anything Negative

Not Cussing

 

This month I have two challenges:

1. Make Cash Every Day

2. Exercise Every Day

 

The key is to set-the bar low.

1. It could be as simple as a penny

2. It could just be 2 push-ups.
